Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power lines, this switch excels at safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits where voltage is present but sans load, ensuring seamless power management.
This exemplary switch is crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward, economical design that's user-friendly. It offers a diverse array of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. A gate knife structure is pivotal for circuit operations, featuring two conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Its operation via an insulated hook stick is complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not exceed a majestic 1000 meters;
Temperature conditions: sweltering heat should not rise above +40°C and chilly cold should not plunge below -30°C;
Outdoor conditions including wind speeds should remain peacefully below 35 meters/second;
Designed for environments with a seismic intensity not surpassing 8 degrees, and installation sites should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE OF SURPASSING THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE A DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, it's crucial to conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
