The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered to serve on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, adeptly managing the challenge of voltage presence while bearing no load.
Purpose-built for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its uncomplicated structure, economic value, and user-friendly design. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Its gate knife structure enables seamless circuit interruption and closure. Each phase's knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves optimal contact pressure, ensuring reliable gate knife operation. The switch's opening and closing actions are facilitated by an insulated hook stick, while a self-locking device enhances operational stability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity is capped at 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE NORMAL CONDITIONS OF USE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT AND NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure that the conductive part's contact surface is in optimal condition for operation.
