The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at efficiently opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits without the need for load handling, yet fully functional with voltage present.
Engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, it utilizes a gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for each gate knife. Operations are facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device to ensure secure functionalities.
Working Environment:
Altitude limitations: not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature specifications: ambient maximum temperature not surpassing +40°C; minimum not falling below -30°C;
Wind tolerance: outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience: intensity not surpassing 8 degrees; installation site must not be subject to frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally impact switch insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface for optimal performance.
Examine all components for damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any damage or cracks.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
