Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation disconnect switch, expertly engineered for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch is designed to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence but without load. Embrace the reliability and efficiency of our isolation switch, also known as a disconnect switch, and transform your power management capabilities.
Our switch is the epitome of simplicity and affordability, crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. With a range of available rated currents-spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-this switch meets a variety of operational needs. It features a robust construction, comprised of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit transitions, with each phase's gate knife consisting of two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for precision pressure adjustment. Operate the switch effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a dependable self-locking device for secure usage.
Working Environment:
Designed to operate at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Optimized for environments where outdoor wind speeds do not exceed 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct thorough annual checks on the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components for damage, placing particular emphasis on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in prime condition.
