Introducing the versatile and reliable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly known as an isolation disconnect switch. This essential component is engineered specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, adeptly managing the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage continuity. Experience seamless performance in voltage management with precision and safety.
The switch is a masterpiece of engineering, intended for single-phase implementation in three-phase line systems. Its salient features include a straightforward structure, economic feasibility, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches embody flexibility and power. They are composed of a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section designed for efficiency. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates reliable circuit management, comprising two conductive blades per phase, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height allows for optimal contact pressure, ensuring consistent performance. The switch is operated using a conveniently insulated hook stick, and features an integrated self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for locations with an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to function seamlessly within an ambient temperature range: maximum not above +40°C and minimum not below -30°C;
Compatible with outdoor environments where wind speed does not exceed 35 meters per second;
Built to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring durability in areas with minimal severe vibrations.
For optimal operation, the installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY TO EXPLORE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It is essential to conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance integrity.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with an emphasis on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
