It is expertly designed to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring seamless power management.
This switch is ingeniously engineered for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, renowned for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It boasts an impressive range of available rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, each switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure designed for precise circuit control. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the height of these springs, the desired contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is flawlessly achieved. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch not only ensures efficient opening and closing actions but also incorporates a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Elevation: Max altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: Maximum not above +40°C and minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor conditions: Wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters per second;
Seismic resilience: Capable of withstanding seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure operational stability.
Environmental purity: The installation site should maintain an atmosphere devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
