(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly designed to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions.
This versatile switch is tailored for single-phase use in three-phase line systems and is distinguished by its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The range of available rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, accommodating diverse needs. The switches are composed of a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, they effectively manage the opening and closing of circuits. Each phase features a gate knife consisting of dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is seamless with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and a reliable self-locking device enhances safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Efficiently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain operational integrity.
Inspect all components for damage, with a special focus on identifying any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition for uncompromised functionality.
