The versatile (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolator, commonly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on high voltage power transmission lines rated at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This robust device is capable of opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence without load. Designed with precision and innovation, this switch offers unmatched reliability and efficiency.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With a range of available rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is versatile and adaptable. It comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure to expertly manage circuit openings and closings, the switch ensures seamless performance. Each phase incorporates a gate knife with twin conductive blades and external compression springs on either side to maintain optimal contact pressure. Operations are executed via an insulated hook stick and a self-locking mechanism, guaranteeing reliability and safety.
Optimal Working Environment:
Operates at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Designed for ambient temperatures ranging between a maximum of +40°C and a chilling minimum of -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, ensuring robust performance.
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees. Optimal installation sites are those free from severe, frequent vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances to preserve the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
FOR CONDITIONS BEYOND THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Essential parts to inspect and maintain for optimal performance
Regularly remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance integrity.
Conduct thorough inspections for damage across all components, with particular focus on detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces on all conductive parts to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
