(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is expertly designed for use in outdoor overhead distribution systems with a precision-rated frequency of 50Hz and a versatile rated voltage range of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This state-of-the-art fuse serves as a critical protective element for circuits and electrical equipment during instances of overload or short circuit faults in power systems. During normal operations, the fuse is integrated in series with the power line, maintaining a secure and tensioned position with a locked movable joint. In the event of a fault, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and effectively interrupting the circuit. This ensures enhanced safety protection during line and equipment maintenance. Uniquely, the load type fuse boasts an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, empowering it to efficiently open and close the load current within the power system.
The fuse is meticulously crafted to comply with esteemed technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997, outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranges from an invigorating -40C to a warm +40C;
Relative humidity: The daily average does not exceed a cozy 95%, while the monthly average remains below 90%;
Elevation: Optimized for altitudes not surpassing 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind velocity: Can withstand speeds up to 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Ideal for environments free from fire, explosive hazards, or chemically corrosive gases, and ensuring excellent ventilation.
Note: Should the above standard conditions be exceeded, users are encouraged to engage in personalized consultation with the company for tailored solutions.
