(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This precision-engineered device allows the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load.
Designed for single-phase integration within three-phase systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's construction comprises a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical assembly. The gate knife mechanism elegantly facilitates circuit transitions, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. These springs, adjustable in height, ensure perfect contact pressure. An insulated hook stick drives the switch's operational maneuvers, while a self-locking system guarantees secure switch positioning.
Working Environment:
Altitude: comfortably functional at heights not exceeding 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature: ranges from a balmy +40°C to a brisk -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed: resilient to gusts not surpassing 35 meters/second.
Seismic intensity: operational under conditions not exceeding 8 degrees, and ideally located away from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive environments that could compromise the switch's insulating quality and conductive performance.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough inspection of the switch, focusing on these critical components:
Cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact interfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface for impeccable operation.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, ensuring special attention to detect any cracks or breaks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the conductive parts maintain optimal contact surfaces for efficient electrical transfer.
