Known as an isolation disconnect switch, it's engineered specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage lines, adept at managing single-phase or three-phase circuits with precision. Designed to operate with voltage present, this switch does so without load, ensuring seamless integration and unparalleled efficiency.
This high-performance switch is crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. Notable for its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation, it caters to varied power needs with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The construction features a durable base, sturdy post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, it seamlessly opens and closes circuits. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, stabilized by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, it incorporates a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Optimal for installations at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures, with a peak of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to function efficiently in outdoor environments with wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic activities with an intensity up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Examine all components for damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductivity of contact surfaces remains optimal and free from obstructions.
