Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as the isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for precision and reliability, this switch is indispensable for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, expertly designed to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly. Though load is absent, voltage presence is meticulously managed.
Purposefully engineered for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly functionality. It boasts a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatile application. Constructed with a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section, its design incorporates a gate knife mechanism for seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife, crafted with dual conductive blades and equipped with external compression springs, ensures optimal contact pressure, adjustable by modifying spring height. Operational control is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, while a self-locking device enhances safety and efficiency.
Working Environment:
Optimally functional up to an altitude of 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: a high of no more than +40°C and a low of no less than -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Able to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from recurrent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductive performance.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage, focusing meticulously on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains superior condition.
