Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring safety and reliability even when voltage is present but without load.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, meeting diverse operational needs. The switch's structure comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs on both sides, adjustable in height to ensure optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick operates the switch for opening and closing actions, featuring a reliable self-locking device to enhance safety.
Optimal Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance;
Ambient temperature: maximum should not surpass +40°C; minimum must not fall below -30°C, maintaining stability;
Outdoor wind speed must remain below 35 meters/second, safeguarding operational integrity;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations for assured durability.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity properties.

Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for damage, placing special attention on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Assess whether the contact surface of the conductive part remains in superb condition.
