The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is the pinnacle of engineering for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It masterfully opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without the burden of load.
Crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts an uncomplicated structure, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. With an array of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this versatile switch is constructed with a robust base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing, featuring dual conductive blades with strategically placed external compression springs. By modifying the spring height, users can fine-tune the contact pressure of the gate knife. An insulated hook stick ensures safe and efficient operation, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not to exceed 1000 meters;
Temperature Range: Maximum +40°C; Minimum -30°C;
Wind Conditions: Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic Conditions: Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Site Conditions: Avoid sites with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
Should the aforementioned normal use conditions be exceeded, the user is encouraged to engage in a consultation with the company.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annual Inspection Checklist:
Conduct a thorough removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles.
Examine all components for potential damage, with a particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the contact surface of the conductive parts for optimal connectivity.
