The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is perfect for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining a presence of voltage, but without any load. It's a sophisticated solution for modern energy networks!
This switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and is renowned for its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly nature. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a well-crafted mechanical section. The cutting-edge gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit operation, utilizing dual conductive blades per phase and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should not exceed +40°C nor drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not go beyond 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct thorough annual inspections of the following switch components:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain high performance.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
