This switch is expertly engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and stands out due to its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The switches accommodate rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The advanced gate knife structure facilitates precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, you can attain the precise contact pressure necessary for optimal performance. Operation is executed using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Optimal Working Environment:
Altitude shall not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature shall remain below +40°C maximum and above -30°C minimum;
Outdoor wind velocity shall not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity shall not surpass 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations for maximum safety and reliability.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
