The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted to serve 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, without load but with voltage present, ensuring seamless operation and reliability.
Purpose-built for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its simplistic design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. The array of available rated currents includes a diverse range: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to varied needs. The switch's robust construction comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, it facilitates efficient circuit operations. Each phase’s gate knife features two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. By adjusting these springs, optimal contact pressure is achieved, enhancing performance. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking device to ensure secure operations.
Working Environment:
Designed for use at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Endures ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability and longevity in environments free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that may detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE-STIPULATED NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections to ensure the switch's integrity:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in an optimal condition.
