(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is expertly crafted to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load presence, yet with voltage still present.
This sophisticated switch caters to single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Ingeniously designed, these switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, employing a gate knife structure to seamlessly open and close circuits. Each phase's gate knife is innovatively constructed with two conductive blades and external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The use of an insulated hook stick facilitates the effortless opening and closing operations, further enhanced by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not to surpass +40°C; minimum shouldn’t drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: must not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual Inspection: Regularly examine the following components of the switch:
Meticulously remove dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain excellent performance.
Diligently inspect all parts for any damage, with an emphasis on detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition for seamless operation.
