The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits where voltage remains present, but no load is carried. This precision-crafted switch ensures optimal performance in critical applications.
The switch is designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure and cost-effective solution that is user-friendly. It comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, providing versatility for various needs. This switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife mechanism, it facilitates reliable circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, with exterior compression springs on either side to ensure precise contact pressure by adjusting the spring height. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick, and incorporates a self-locking feature for enhanced operational security.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintains optimal performance within ambient temperatures: max +40°C and min -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensity levels not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in non-frequently vibrating sites.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE ABOVE NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ADVISED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle’s surface.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of all conductive parts.
