Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This sophisticated device is expertly crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without the load, while voltage is present, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
Specifically engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch embodies a perfect blend of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it offers versatile solutions for varied needs. The switch's composition includes a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and an innovative mechanical section, all designed with precision. The circuit is controlled using a gate knife mechanism, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs for enhanced performance. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife operation is achieved. Operable via an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, it also boasts a reliable self-locking device, ensuring safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
2. Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
3. Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
4. Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
5. The installation site must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly check the following parts of the switch to ensure optimal performance and longevity:
1. Keep the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles free from dirt and debris.
2. Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or breakage.
3. Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains its integrity and functionality.
