The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is exquisitely crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It provides the indispensable function of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly without load but with voltage present.
This switch is ingeniously engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet effective structure. It stands out for its cost-effectiveness and unparalleled ease of use. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. The gate knife structure is pivotal for the circuit's opening and closing, each phase being meticulously equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs that flank both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is effortlessly executed using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a sophisticated self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ensure the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor winds should not surpass a speed of 35 meters/second;
The seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THESE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual check of the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Vigilantly inspect all components for any damage, with particular emphasis on identifying cracks or damage on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ascertain that the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition.
