Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an engineering marvel designed as an isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for the rigorous demands of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even as voltage persists. Experience the pinnacle of reliable performance under diverse conditions with this advanced switch technology.
Engineered for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendliness. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is a composite of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. It employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for seamless circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is constructed with dual conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. An insulated hook stick simplifies the operation of opening and closing actions, complemented by a built-in self-locking mechanism to enhance safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Ensure installation at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum temperature should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second.
Tolerates seismic activities up to an intensity of 8 degrees; the installation site should ideally remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a keen focus on identifying cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part remains in pristine condition.
