(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as the "fuse") is expertly designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This essential component acts as a protective ally for circuits and electrical equipment against overloads or short circuits in power systems. In its regular operation, the fuse stands firm, securely connected in series within the power line, maintained in a state of tension, with its movable joint locked in place. Upon encountering a fault in the line, the resultant fault current triggers the fuse to blow, liberating the movable joint, which promptly drops the fuse tube, seamlessly interrupting the circuit. This safety mechanism is pivotal in safeguarding the maintenance of lines and equipment. Enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse is adept at opening and closing the load current within the power system, surpassing the capabilities of ordinary types.
Our fuse is crafted to meet and exceed rigorous technical standards including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 on high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical specifications.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature range: -40°C to +40°C, ensuring robust performance across diverse climates.
Relative humidity: The daily average should not surpass 95%, while the monthly average is capped at 90%, guaranteeing enduring functionality.
Maximum altitude: The operation is efficient up to 3000 meters above sea level, accommodating various geographical locations.
Outdoor wind speed tolerance: The fuse can withstand wind speeds up to 34 meters/second, ensuring reliability even in windy conditions.
Installation site: Should be free of fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, while maintaining a well-ventilated environment.
Note: If usage conditions exceed the parameters stated, users are encouraged to discuss custom solutions with Beierbian Group Co., Ltd.
