Introducing the sophisticated (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, masterfully crafted for employment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This engineering marvel facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying a load, yet with voltage present. A true embodiment of cutting-edge technology.
Our switch serves as the ideal solution for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting an impressively straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing an ingenious gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades accompanied by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, it includes a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Optimally designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The switch thrives in ambient temperatures: peaking at a maximum of +40°C and dipping to a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding an impressive 35 meters per second;
Designed for areas with a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS SURPASSING THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CRITERIA, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure peak performance:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine conditions.
Perform a comprehensive check for potential damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage and cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition for optimal operation.
