(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known also as the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for implementation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits that remain live but free of load.
This switch, meticulously designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasts a simplistic structure, cost efficiency, and user-friendliness. Offering rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical segment. The operating mechanism employs a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife consists of two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both flanks. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operations are carried out using an insulated hook stick, facilitating smooth opening and closing, and the switch is equipped with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Structured to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent and severe vibrations.
Installation environments should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED ADJUSTMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections on the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, focusing especially on checking the insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in pristine condition.
