(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a premium solution in the realm of isolation disconnect switches, is meticulously engineered for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, expertly managing voltage presence.
Optimized for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts remarkable simplicity, cost efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in an array of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are crafted from a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The unique gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife uses two conductive blades, secured with external compression springs on both sides. By skillfully adjusting spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. An insulated hook stick ensures safe and smooth operational control, complemented by a reliable self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Installation at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature specifications: a maximum not exceeding +40°C; a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Designed for outdoor conditions with wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation should avoid locations prone to severe vibrations.
Sites must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components for any damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
