Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. Purposefully designed for high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch seamlessly operates at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling voltage without load. Elevate your power systems with this reliable solution.
Crafted specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its simplistic build, affordability, and user-friendly nature. It offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for varied applications. Its construction consists of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, robust conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The gate knife structure is pivotal for circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades equipped with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure adjustments. The switch facilitates operations with an insulated hook stick and integrates a self-locking mechanism for safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring functionality in varied terrains.
Operates optimally within ambient temperatures, peaking at +40°C and dipping to -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second, ensuring reliability under windy conditions.
Robust enough to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STATED LIMITS, USERS MAY ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, it is recommended to perform the following checks on the switch for maintenance:
Thoroughly clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to prevent any hindrances in conductivity.
Inspect each component for any signs of damage, with a focused evaluation on potential damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surfaces maintain optimal condition to guarantee uninterrupted functionality.
