(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is a pinnacle of engineering designed to seamlessly operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while the voltage is present, ensuring utmost reliability and efficiency.
This switch is the perfect choice for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, offering simplicity, cost-efficiency, and remarkable ease of use. It is available in a range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—to suit various needs. The switch's construction features a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. For opening and closing, a sophisticated gate knife structure is employed. Each phase's gate knife is composed of twin conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides, where adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick, and it is equipped with a dependable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following components of the switch to ensure longevity and reliability:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure consistent functionality.
