Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential asset for your 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution needs. Commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, this device is expertly crafted to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, but without load.
This switch is uniquely engineered for single-phase functionality in three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that is both economical and user-friendly. Offered in a variety of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches comprise a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife design for circuit operations, each phase includes dual conductive blades with external compression springs. Adjusting spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. The switch is manipulated with an insulated hook stick and includes a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Suitable for ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Withstands seismic activity up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle exteriors.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with a particular focus on assessing the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
Evaluate the quality of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure optimal performance.
