(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to be utilized on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's specifically engineered for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present.
This switch is intended for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switches are composed of a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, it facilitates effortless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is streamlined with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions and comes equipped with a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operative in areas where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Enjoys a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees; Installation areas should not experience recurrent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components of the switch:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to possible damage and cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
