The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously designed for the operation of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions, ensuring safety and efficiency without load.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its simple yet robust construction, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers a versatile array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring adaptability to diverse needs. Each switch incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The gate knife structure enables smooth circuit operations, with each phase equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Adjustment of the spring height ensures precise contact, while an insulated hook stick facilitates safe operation. A self-locking device further enhances functionality.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Operates within an ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be free from harmful gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductive efficiency.

Annual Maintenance Guidance:
Regularly purge conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces of any accumulated dirt.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components to detect any potential damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any visible damages or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains intact and efficient.
