Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated and reliable isolation disconnect switch. This state-of-the-art apparatus is engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, expertly designed to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under electrical tension but without load.
This switch, crafted for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, boasts a simplistic design paired with unmatched affordability and user-friendly operation. It caters to a variety of rated currents, namely 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The comprehensive design includes a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, it ensures efficient circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase's gate knife is composed of dual conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on either side, where the spring height is adjustable to ensure optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operation is made effortless with an insulated hook stick for performing opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Engineered to function within an ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical sediments, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, scrutinize the following switch components with precision:
Meticulously cleanse dirt from conductive elements, contact zones, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface for optimal efficiency.
Inspect all components for any form of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or defects.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in impeccable condition for seamless performance.
