The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring no load but maintaining voltage presence. Experience a perfect blend of reliability and innovation with our isolation switch.
This exceptional switch is dedicated to single-phase use within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly nature. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Easily operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch incorporates a self-locking device for secure actions.
Working Environment:
Ensuring operational excellence, the installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: must be a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C for optimal performance;
The switch is resilient to outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal performance.
Check all parts meticulously for damage, with a focus on identifying any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
