The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced switch enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage remains present, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure, cost-efficiency, and unparalleled ease of operation. The available rated current options include an impressive range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These sophisticated switches are comprised of essential components such as a robust base, durable post insulators, high-grade conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates the precise opening and closing of circuits. Each phase is equipped with a gate knife featuring dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure is effortlessly achieved for the switch's gate knife. Operational excellence is ensured with the use of an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and the added security of a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to maintain peak performance:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain impeccable condition.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition for optimal functionality.
