(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known in the industry as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable switch is crafted to skillfully open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage presence without load interruption. Its impeccable design ensures reliable operation in demanding environments.
This innovative switch is tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems and boasts a streamlined structure for simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents available at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it meets a range of power needs. Constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch features a sophisticated gate knife mechanism for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs, which are adjustable for optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates safe opening and closing, complemented by a built-in self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not surpass 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Ambient temperature conditions: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C to maintain robust operational integrity.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second for secure and stable operation.
Seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure durability.
It is critical that the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could jeopardize the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following components of the switch:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain efficient operation.
Diligently check all parts for potential damage, focusing on detecting any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for optimal performance.
