(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It adeptly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, but without load, ensuring unparalleled dependability and operational efficiency.
Engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a streamlined design, offering exceptional cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. It is available in an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust construction comprises a durable base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase integrates two conductive blades equipped with external compression springs on both sides, enabling precise adjustments to the spring height for optimal contact pressure. The switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, which performs opening and closing maneuvers, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operable within ambient temperatures: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Effective in outdoor conditions where wind speeds do not exceed 35 meters/second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The switch is best installed in environments free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE STIPULATED CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the switch, focusing on the following components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, placing particular emphasis on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
