(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, fondly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is the ideal solution for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, allowing for smooth operations when no load is present, even amidst high voltage.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward, cost-effective, and user-friendly structure. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are ingeniously constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The circuit is efficiently managed via a gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife harbors two conductive blades, featuring external compression springs for optimal pressure adjustment. Operations are effortlessly conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device ensuring secure operation.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature should peak at +40°C and not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must be maintained below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and it is crucial that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductive efficacy.
Note:
SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Carefully inspect all parts for potential damage, with special attention to any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for optimal performance.
