(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovation facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, allowing for the presence of voltage while ensuring no load is carried.
This switch is crafted for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, spotlighting its straightforward structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch’s architecture includes a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The circuit manipulation is executed through a gate knife structure, where each phase’s gate knife holds two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. The spring height adjustment is pivotal for achieving the necessary contact pressure crucial for the switch's gate knife efficacy. Operators engage with the switch via an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing procedures, which is supported by a self-locking feature for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Optimal operation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience at intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure the installation site is devoid of frequent intense vibrations.
The installation locale should be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that may seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE ABOVE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY IS WELCOME.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Preparations before installation:
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with an emphasis on verifying the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains optimal condition.
