Immerse yourself in the reliability and superior engineering of the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch. Often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, this remarkable device is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, with voltage present but without load, ensuring seamless operation.
Designed specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch is a paragon of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It is available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—each tailored to meet diverse operational demands. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. A distinctive gate knife structure facilitates the opening and closing of circuits, where each phase is supported by two conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring's height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is attained. For operation, an insulated hook stick is utilized, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive materials that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER CONDITIONS BEYOND THESE NORMAL LIMITS, A DISCUSSION WITH OUR COMPANY IS RECOMMENDED.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform a thorough annual inspection on the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt residue on conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all parts for damage, with a keen focus on the insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of damage or cracking.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
