Our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This versatile switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits under the presence of voltage, sans load.
Crafted with precision for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Rated currents available are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates effective circuit control, comprising dual conductive blades for each phase, supported by external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operations are carried out with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for seamless functionality.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
It can withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
It is built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, and should be installed at sites free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, perform diligent checks on the following switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect every component meticulously for signs of damage, giving particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of each conductive part is in optimal condition.
