These remarkable switches, also referred to as isolation disconnect switches, are specifically crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage transmission and distribution lines. Tasked with the vital function of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present yet without load, these switches ensure seamless operational continuity.
Crafted for optimal performance in single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its simplistic design, cost-efficiency, and intuitive operation. With an array of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it caters to diverse power requisites. Composed of a robust base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife mechanism to adeptly manage circuit operations. Each phase integrates a gate knife featuring dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. This design allows for the adjustment of spring height, ensuring optimal contact pressure. The switch operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, enhancing safety during opening and closing actions, while a self-locking device fortifies its operational security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Tested for seismic resilience up to 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites free from frequent or severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, installation sites should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation or conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular focus on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in pristine condition for optimal performance.
