Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned in the industry as the isolation disconnect switch. This innovative device is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, while maintaining voltage presence, but without handling any load.
Designed with excellence for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With an array of rated currents ranging from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 to 1250 amps, it caters to diverse needs. The switch’s architecture comprises a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a well-engineered mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit management, each phase is equipped with two conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on either side. These springs can be finely adjusted in height to ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch’s gate knife. Its operation is seamlessly executed using an insulated hook stick, offering both opening and closing functionalities, complemented by an innovative self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The operational altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should remain within a maximum of +40°C and not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should be limited to 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the location must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in prime condition.
