(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while voltage remains present, ensuring efficient power management.
The switch is crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, standing out with its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents are at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is an assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, utilizing a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades, reinforced with external compression springs on either side. Fine-tuning the spring height achieves the critical contact pressure, ensuring optimal gate knife function. The switch maneuvers via an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, featuring an integrated self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C; ensuring adaptability to diverse climatic conditions.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; designed to endure breezy conditions.
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should not experience frequent severe vibrations, ensuring stability and durability.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a particular focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.
