Introducing the (H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse—an innovative solution designed for reliability and performance in outdoor overhead distribution systems. This cutting-edge fuse, hereafter referred to as 'fuse', is engineered to operate seamlessly at a rated frequency of 50Hz with voltage ratings of 10kV, 12kV, 15kV, 35kV, or 40.5kV. Its primary function is to act as a safeguard for circuits and electrical equipment, protecting them from overload and short circuit issues within power systems. In normal operations, the fuse integrates into the power line under tension, with its movable joint securely locked. Upon detecting a fault, the current causes the fuse to blow, releasing the joint and swiftly dropping the fuse tube, thus effectively severing the circuit. This vital action ensures the safety and maintenance of the line and connected equipment. Our advanced load type fuse is enhanced with an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, facilitating efficient opening and closing of the load current within the power system.

Our high voltage fuse is meticulously designed to comply with prominent technical standards including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 standards for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 standards for outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions. These certifications guarantee unmatched quality and performance.

Working Environment:

This product is engineered to thrive in harsh conditions with an ambient temperature range from -40°C to +40°C;

Designed to withstand environments with relative humidity where the daily average does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average remains below 90%;

Manufactured for optimal performance at altitudes not surpassing 3000 meters;

Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to an impressive 34 meters per second;

Installation should be carried out in locations free from fire risk, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
