(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is perfect for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits where no load is present but voltage exists, ensuring seamless power management.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems and stands out due to its uncomplicated yet highly efficient structure, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. Offered in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for precise circuit control, each phase's gate knife deploys two conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is ensured. An insulated hook stick is employed for operational ease, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum should not surpass +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should be no greater than 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the installation area must not be subjected to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual routine checks involve inspecting these key components of the switch:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Thoroughly inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or impairment.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition, maintaining its efficiency.
