Introducing the (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch—a marvel of engineering also known as the Isolation Disconnect Switch. Expertly designed for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV, this device is engineered to open and close both single-phase and three-phase circuits safely, even with voltage present. A vital component for power systems, it serves with unmatched reliability.
This advanced switch is crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that ensures cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Opt from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse needs. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, superior conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, complete with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved, ensuring efficient operation. The switch operates seamlessly with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring peak performance in varied elevations;
Crafted to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C, guaranteeing resilience in extreme climates;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, standing strong in turbulent conditions;
Built to resist seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability where severe vibrations are rare.
The installation site must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation or conductivity integrity.
Note:
SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, CONSULTATION WITH OUR COMPANY IS ADVISED FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following parts of the switch:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to ensure optimal function.
Examine all components for damage, with a focused inspection for any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for continual reliability.
