(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for efficient use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence.
Designed for seamless integration into single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, this switch is notable for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The switch employs a gate knife mechanism for precise opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife features a pair of conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on either side, allowing the adjustment of spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch is operated effortlessly using an insulated hook stick for secure opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1,000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C; ensuring robust performance across a wide temperature range.
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites that do not frequently undergo severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that might significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal function.
Inspect all components for potential damages, with a keen focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks to ensure longevity.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part for reliable performance.
