The (H)GWBEB type is a high-voltage outdoor isolation switch, expertly engineered for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device performs the critical role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet effective structure, underscoring its cost-effectiveness and user-friendly design. Available with rated currents spanning 200 to 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a well-engineered mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure enables smooth circuit operation, with each phase utilizing two conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs. The spring height can be finely tuned to provide the precise contact pressure necessary for the gate knife's effective operation. Maneuverability is assured with an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking mechanism further enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
The switch is built for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
It thrives in ambient temperatures not exceeding a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
The device can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, it should be installed in locations without frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
