This switch stands as a testament to exceptional engineering, especially crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. Its distinguished features include an uncomplicated design, affordable cost, and intuitive operation. With flexibility at its core, it accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, comprising a robust base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive components, and an effective mechanical section. Its avant-garde gate knife structure enhances circuit management, with each phase equipped with dual conductive blades. The external compression springs on both sides ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable to perfection through spring height modification. Designed for seamless operation, this switch can be easily maneuvered with an insulated hook stick and boasts a convenient self-locking feature for added safety.

For best results, the installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. To maximize performance, all components should be meticulously cleared of dust and dirt. The insulating porcelain bottle's surface should be carefully cleaned to preserve its integrity.
2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the grounding screw to ensure flawless electrical contact.
3. For seamless operation, apply a protective coating of industrial Vaseline to all moving parts and contact areas.
4. Inspect the contact surfaces meticulously. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure conforms to the specifications detailed in Table II.
5. This switch is purposefully designed for hoisting use and harmoniously integrates with transformers along the line.
6. The switch supports a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically requiring three mounting holes. For currents of 600-1000A, the configuration remains three mounting holes to ensure optimal stability.

Ensure durability and performance by conducting annual inspections of the following components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain peak functionality.

Inspect all components meticulously for any potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in excellent condition, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
