Introducing the (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also referred to as the Isolation Disconnect Switch. Engineered for optimal performance, this switch excels in managing 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even under the presence of voltage but without load.
Designed to integrate effortlessly into three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward structure, budget-friendly pricing, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is meticulously crafted with a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical component. The innovative gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase incorporates a gate knife with dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the ideal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved, guaranteeing reliable performance. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick and is equipped with a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperature extremes: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Robust construction endures outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to handle seismic activity with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components:
Regularly clean dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in prime condition.
